There is something incredibly dreamy about watching the mountains do their dance with the clouds in Innsbruck.
Taylor met Karsten quite by chance while on holiday in Innsbruck and, from what I hear, it was pretty much love at first sight. Soon thereafter, Taylor, formerly a Berlin resident, originally from Texas, relocated to the city surrounded by mountains.
I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to photograph their day. They are both really gracious, hospitable and fun people and I had fun getting to know them over the days leading up to the wedding day and on the wedding day itself.
As a wedding photographer, you really do get to see life at it’s best. I love capturing hugs and smiles. I love listening to the speeches. I admit I often even get a bit choked up with emotion myself (fortunately I can hide behind the camera!). It’s such a heart-warming experience and the phrase ‘images to treasure’ might be clichéd, but in the busy-ness of everyday life, it really is a treasure to be able to come back to these special moments over and over again.

Steve and Arisha were married in the Copenhagen Botanic Gardens in Denmark surrounded by their closest family (and me!), afterwards we all meandered through the flat, yet colourful streets of Copenhagen to Tight Restaurant for the reception.
Please enjoy these images that tell the story of their wedding day.

L and T were married on a boat on Werbellinsee, a beautiful lake one hour north of Berlin. Surrounded by friends and family they then celebrated at Café Wildau until the early hours of the morning. I’ll let the images tell the story :)
